"TECNO TOTAL" GRADING MACHINE WITH OSCILLATING ROLLERS

This grading machine with oscillating rollers, is a mechanical machine suited to the grading, through diameter, of spherical fruits.
Its potentiality various from 25 to 200 quintal / hour, according to the machine width.
The grading system itself, take place on couples of oscillating rollers. Thanks to their rotation, they put the fruits always to the right side of the grading. Even if the fruits could have flattened, spherical or lengthened shape, the grading result will always be optimal and guaranteed.
The machine is equipped with a system of automatic adjustment of grade. This is managed by a touch screen PLC.
With this new system, is possible and easy to store and install, directly in the PLC, software for the grading managing, and to customize them according to the kind of processed product or the needs of the client.
The touch screen PLC system, allow then an easier machine managing, thanks also to its intuitive graphical user interface. Besides this, with the PLC our machineries can be always monitored with a remote assistance service: if needed, one of our technicians through a PC with internet connection, will be able to connect directly to the machine's PLC, and then verify eventual malfunctions in the electrical system or any abnormal functioning of PLC itself.
The machine has a compact shape and is composed by a structure of tubular and pressed - folded plate of 30/10, painted with a non-toxic paint appropriate for foods; in the full respect of the sanitary law rules, concerning the food sector.
All pairs of oscillating rollers are realized in AISI 304 inox steel, and the conveyor belts for the output of the graded product are made in PVC for food use.

 WAXING MACHINE WITH BY-PASS SYSTEM

This is a machine that, thanks to its structure made in two levels (waxing or not waxing of the product), allow to have two different processing solutions in only one system.
The first level transport the processed product, without waxing process.
The second level, according to the client's choice, can literally replace the first one, coming down on it from above, through an elevation-descent system of the waxing level; being ready then to execute the waxing of the product.
This is the core of the by-pass system. It offers all the advantages of ergonomics, of integration in only one system of two different kinds of processing and of client's freedom, about the choice of the process typology.
It has a structure with parts in AISI 304 inox steel, pressed – folded plates and tubular, painted with a non-toxic paint appropriate for foods; in the full respect of the sanitary law rules, concerning the food sector.
The other components that are part of this machine, such as engines, chains, bearings, brushes, etc., have been selected from the best offer and production of the mechanical market.

 

PROCESSING MACHINE FOR GRADING AND TREATMENT OF CITRUS FRUITS

Those kind of processing machines for citrus fruits (tarocco, novellare, mandarin orange, lemons), can have a variable potentiality: from 25 quintals/hour to a maximum of about 150-200 quintals/hour.
Are designed respecting the safety and ergonomic rules and normally composed by a structure of tubular and pressed – folded plate. Painted with a non-toxic paint appropriate for foods; in the full respect of the sanitary law rules, concerning the food sector.

 

FRUITS TREATMENT

It's a new system, installed in the waxing machines, designed and realized to nebulize (not sprinkle) the waxing product on the processed goods.
It offer considerable advantages about resources-saving and about the optimization of processing:
- No obstruction of nozzles.
- Saving of waxing product.
- Improved spreading of the waxing product on the fruits surface, thanks to the nebulizing system.

 

DRYING TUNNEL

Machinery designed and realized to perform a rapid drying of fruits, coming after the process of washing and waxing.
The drying process is carried out through special fans (turbo-fans). Those are located in the 2 sides of the tunnel itself, and internally pointed toward a closed roller conveyor, that transport the product to be dried. The number of fans can vary depending on the tunnel dimension. And the tunnel dimensions itself, can vary according to the choices and needs of the costumers, and according to the amount of processed product.
It's important to note that the drying process take place at low temperatures, so to permit a considerable energy saving, and to avoid thermal shock that could be harmful for the fruits.
The tunnel is generally made with structures in pressed-folded plates and tubular painted with a specific non-toxic paint appropriate for foods, in the full respect of the sanitary law rules, concerning the food sector. The rollers for the fruits transport, are made with AISI 304 inox steel, appropriate for food use.
